Danish and Sweet Dough Concentrates
Quality danish and sweet dough start with quality mixes. We have done extensive development and now have sweet dough that has a shelf life of 30 days. This product is produced with a concentrate. Many different end products can be made with just this one concentrate. Concentrate has a huge advantage in that the richness of the dough can easily be modified. Since you are adding the sugar and the shortening, the baker will have an endless range of product possibilities with one concentrate!
